I had a similar problem, the double locking activated and the door wouldn't unlock manually. Loads of WD40 later and repeated activating of the central locking and it finally released, then I unplugged the loom inside the door and taped it out of the way. Just have to remember to lock/unlock the door manually until I get a new part. So easy to put this in the manual so why not do it.
