ButI'm curious as to when to change the gearbox oil, how many litres it takes and what oil is the best. Also how reliable are the Mk3 Focus ST gearboxes. MMT 6 gearbox takes 1.7 Litres of 75w-80 oil. The MMT 6 is pretty solid, it's been about for a while (was also used in the MK3 Mondeo ST220 @ 280Nm) ST250 is 260Nm.
